Kirsten Boswijk is located in Nelson and makes her own ceramics. Her pottery has featured in the Suter gallery and her work is widely acclaimed, however, she didn’t have any branding, website, advertising or marketing. She asked me to create a style guide for her business, giving me full creative freedom.

The colour palette is based on one of Kirsten Boswijks collections from last year to represent her work throughout the brand. The patterns and logo are both creative and organic to match her ceramic style. I then chose simple fonts that I felt complimented the colour palette, logo and patterns. The ‘Amandine’ font screams art deco, which Kirsten loves. I chose this to represent her personality through the branding.
